Description
GULAG Health System – Tarkov-Style Injury System for FiveM
Full per-body-part health and injury system for FiveM. Six body parts (head, body, arms, legs) each have their own HP. Damage causes bleeding and pain; parts can go to 0 (blacked). Head or body at 0 = death. Heal with bandages, surgery kit, splint, pain meds, and more. Works with QBCore and ESX Legacy, optional SQL save, and healing other players via target.
